The short answer

In a plumbing emergency, stop the damage first. Turn the water off at the meter tap on your water meter, stop using toilets if sewage is coming up, and keep clear of water near power points. Then call Wilco on 0468 207 504. A plumber answers 24/7 and talks you through the next step. A Wilco plumber will be there, day or night.
