The short answer
Most running toilets have a worn flush valve seal or an inlet valve that won't shut off, and both are replaceable parts inside the cistern. Water on the floor usually comes from the pan connector, the seal under the cistern or the flexible hose. If water is on the floor, turn off the tap behind the toilet and call Wilco on 0468 207 504.
